Humans - Mix 1 to 3 heaping tablespoons with a glass of water or juice daily. It is reported to remove viruses, eliminate parasites, stop arthritis, clean the colon, to reduce cholesterol levels, help regulate bowel movements, settle the stomach, calm the nerves, stop diarrhea, and give the benefits from the 14 trace minerals. In Asia and Europe, DE is used as a health and beauty aid to improve and strengthen hair, skin, nails, bones, and teeth due to the high silica content.

Pets - Added at a rate of 2% to pet food in the bag or bin. Prevents feed from bugs and from getting stale or moldy. Keeps pets from getting worms or kills internal parasites without chemicals. Cuts vet bills. Protects bones and joints. Use as a flea powder. Dust animal's bedding, kills fleas, ticks, lice and mites.

Livestock - As a feed additive, to eliminate parasites, and reduce or eliminate vet bills. Fed to hogs or calves with scours, it stops scours after one feeding. Stimulates metabolism and increases feed conversion. Prevents fly larvae from developing in manure. Reduces odor in barns and stalls. Improves coat and hoof condition. Lowers fly population.

Poulty - Added to feed for chickens and turkeys, it makes shells harder, reduced mortality rate, reduce odors, dries droppings quickly, reduces fly hatch.

Household - In attics and walls as an insect barrier. Kills ants and roaches and other insects. Dust under and behind appliances as an insect preventative. Dust under box-spring, and on mattresses to eliminate bugs including bedbugs. On camping trips, dusting the ground where you intend to place your tent prevents ants and other unwanted pests from coming into the tent. In grain storage, one treatment will kill all bugs and keep moisture and bugs out. Allow seeds to sprout after years in storage

Garden - Mix into soil for a soil conditioner. Will retain over 6 times its weight in moisture and will release it as the plants need it. It may also help with nematodes. On lawns, will retain moisture and prevent drought damage.

Suggested doses are customer reported. Adjustments can be made for the weight of the animal. DE is water soluble.

Human (Adult) - 1 to 3 heaping tablespoons per day. Can be mixed with water or juice.
Child - 1/2 - 1 level teaspoon per day.
Large Dog (retriever) - 1 tablespoon per day.
Small Dog (poodle) - 1 tsp per day.
Cat - 1 tsp per day.
Cow - 1/2 cup per day.
Calf - 1/4 cup per day.
Horse 1/2 cup per day.
